- Sophisticated geofencing – Create geofences of all shapes and sizes and configure alert notifications for each one with Air-Trak. You can choose to be alerted when a person or vehicle enters or exits an area or both. In addition, you can set when to be alerted. This allows you to be notified only when vehicles are late leaving or arriving at a specified location.
- Track using a phone, in-vehicle device, or laptop – Air-Trak allows you to manage your mobile workforce using any combination of phones / Blackberry devices, embedded in-vehicle devices, or laptops. View the location and status of each worker from one centralized interface.

- Route Reports – Our Advanced Route Compliance, Route Schedule Compliance, and Route Stop List Reports allow you to audit the routes that drivers take and identify places where there may be problems. Route reports can also help you identify ways to reduce the miles that are driven by your fleet drivers and thereby reduce costs.
- Static Routes – With Air-Trak, you can load all the stops for a particular route, along with the amount of time it should take for the vehicle to travel between the stops. We then make it possible for dispatchers to watch in real-time as a vehicle travels its route and see if there are delays. Our Route Compliance Report makes it easy to perform after action analysis.

If there is an employee who spends extended periods of time in one location, an update rate of every few minutes or once an hour may be all that required.
