Whether you need a simple web-based display, a full-featured local client or a portable solution that lets you oversee operations while you're on the go, Air-Trak has you covered. All of these software solutions are provided at NO charge.
The Air-Trak® Web Display provides a real-time picture of your mobile resources without requiring you to install or integrate any special software. Using your Internet browser, you can access real-time location displays quickly and easily.
For more advanced capabilities, you can install the Air-Trak® Enterprise Display, which runs as a local client on your computer, providing faster updates, multi-window graphics, and dispatch-style messaging along with the ability to overlay maps, define free-form geofences and integrate other critical data. You won't find anything like it anywhere else.
And with Air-Trak® Mobile Assist, you can supervise your fleet while you're out on the road, using any Web-enabled phone or PDA. This portable browser-based display lets you access fleet status, locate units, and monitor unit activity even when you're out of the office.

Air-Trak software features an intuitive user interface that makes managing your fleet simple, from account set-up and administration to real-time monitoring and control to historical reporting and analysis.
- Customize settings to the specific needs of your operation. It's easy. Each vehicle can be programmed on the fly to report positions at different frequencies, heading changes and velocity and loiter thresholds.
- Locate and track resources in real time. With a right click, you can obtain vehicle position, speed and other attributes. Color codes quickly distinguish loiter, communication and route status. You can rapidly navigate broad geographies with convenient panning and zooming functions, and drill down to street-level maps to check the details of specific resources.
- Communicate clearly, quickly and conveniently. Secure, wireless two-way messaging between individuals and groups enables your office and workforce to exchange critical information quickly and accurately. With an optional laptop, PDA, or Air-Trak® Mobile Data Terminal, drivers can send pre-formatted messages or send e-mails to dispatch and other approved constituents as well as access the Internet to download customized Web forms.
- Route management the way you want it. The Air-Trak system is integrated with separately purchased third-party routing and logistics applications, including ArcLogistics™ Route and others. You can view all route statuses at a glance, compare actual and scheduled activities in order to redirect assets, give drivers turn-by-turn directions, and receive location, route and stop status from a web-enabled phone.
- The power of management by exception. If you have more than three or four vehicles in your fleet, you probably need to manage "by exception," with automated alerts that let you know when something needs attention. The Air-Trak system provides advanced geofencing and telemetry capabilities along with GPS odometers that can automatically generate onscreen and e-mail alerts when an asset enters or exits a restricted area, diverts from its designated route, exceeds a mileage threshold, or when other user-defined events occur.
- Historical data for replay, reporting, analysis and planning. The Air-Trak system enables you to replay vehicle positions over time with DVD-like control. For more detailed analysis, it provides a comprehensive suite of management reports that let you review individual assets, groups or events, with summaries of miles traveled, route and speed compliance, loiters, timecards, job tasks, and message histories. All reports and replays are customizable and easily exported for archival, post-processing or offline use.
