Dave Gelvin- President and CEO
Mr. Gelvin serves as Air-Trak’s President and CEO, leading sales and marketing and overseeing the overall operation.
Prior to Air-Trak, Mr. Gelvin served as President of Tranzeo USA, a leader in broadband wireless access equipment. Prior to Tranzeo Wireless, Mr. Gelvin was President and CEO for Sensoria Corporation, a developer of automotive telematics, broadband wireless network equipment, and management software. Mr. Gelvin also held executive positions at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems and Brooktree Corporation.
Mr. Gelvin holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University in Chico and graduated from the Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers at the University of California, San Diego.
Marc A. Bernard- CTO and Co-Founder
Mr. Bernard is the founding engineer for Air-Trak and serves as the CTO and head of engineering and product development. Mr. Bernard has been involved in the field of GPS tracking for over fifteen years and is an expert in designing and developing applications for distributed computing environments, large-scale project management, wireless communications and the utilization of location technologies.
Mr. Bernard has provided expertise and developed software products for a variety of organizations including: The United States Army, Air Force, and Navy; General Dynamics Corporation, Honeywell, Loral Corporation, MITRE Corporation, Fujitsu Systems, Intuit, Apple Computer, Microsoft, The University of California, Israeli Aircraft Industries, Tusas Aerospace, and the Government of Taiwan. A computer scientist and an alumnus of the University of California at San Diego, Mr. Bernard was a developer of the UCSD Pascal System – one of the first operating systems for microcomputers. Mr. Bernard has been awarded several patents.
Younes Aatif- Director of Operations
Mr. Aatif leads customer care, service delivery and operations, and has been with Air-Trak since 2005.
He has experience in the fields of team building, business process re-engineering and information technology projhect-management. Prior to joining Air-Trak, Younes was senior technical support manager and Abacus America, Inc, where he built and led a global technical support organization in the web hosting industry. He was also involved in research and development of Internet search products with other technology companies like SAIC.
Mr. Aatif holds a bachelor of science in financial management from Institut des Hautes Etudes de Management at Casablanca and a master of science in electronic commerce from National University at La Jolla. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute.
