Getting Started with Air-Trak Service

Simple, Fast and Affordable

Air-Trak makes it easy and affordable to deploy enterprise-class mobile asset management, with low monthly subscription fees, free application software and no long-term contract required. You can be up and running in under 24 hours!

  1. Purchase. Purchase your Nextel® GPS, Java-enabled phones and Data Access plans by contacting your Sprint Nextel representative. Download Air-Trak software (at no charge), request a free copy of the Air-Trak Enterprise Display software on DVD, or purchase the Air-Trak Enterprise Display software on CD-ROM media together with a hard copy of the manual from our online store. You can also purchase Air-Trak In-Vehicle Platforms, SatCom Upgrades and optional accessories from Air-Trak.
  2. Install. Installing Air-Trak software is simple and straightforward. You'll find instructions in the appropriate Air-Trak QuickStart Guide. If necessary, Air-Trak can remotely supervise your installation or provide installation services.
  3. Activate. For the Nextel Phones platform, follow the Air-Trak QuickStart Guide to download software and activate Air-Trak service. For the Air-Trak In-Vehicle and SatCom Upgrade platforms, Air-Trak will complete the activation process for you.
